I asked for a table for 1 at the nearly empty restaurant Upstate Tavern and was told that they were on a 'table hold'. He help me navigate 2 purchases that I would have blown without his help and time.
She could have easily disregarded my upper floor request but did not, she put me on 19 (20 for hotel) The gentleman (Jeffrey) in the Oneida Gift Shop was surprisingly knowledgable and attentive. When I arrived the upper floor room was not ready yet, the desk agent politely checked me in early and asked that I simply return later in the day to pick up a key. When I made my reservation I requested a high floor (meteor showers were predicted during my stay and I wanted to watch as much as possible from my room). Staff are always extremely helpful and seem very sincere.that requires good training and management.
Having stayed here previously I must say I noticed some changes.
